A week in the life: Week beginning May 14

Sunday:

Mother’s day! Hubby did a fantastic job making me feel loved. We joined up with the in laws to play at the Atlantis Playground in Fountain Valley, got some food and boba to go, a few items at H-Mart

Monday

  • Did core workout at the gym!
  • Completed 3 documents for Save My Cents – 2 coaching plans, 1 presentation
  • Laundry
  • Lunch was late for myself
  • Meal prepped beef noodle soup (which would create meals for the next 3 days) and some chicken (which we added to pasta)

Tuesday

  • Created a template for my assistants to help with
  • Sent out another coaching plan
  • Began working on a webinar that was to happen on Thursday
  • Answered a variety of questions from my coaching clients

Wednesday

  • Spent the entire morning filling out registration and health forms to enroll DD into daycare
  • Did legs day workout at home
  • Wrote a blog post on financial advisors which set off a firestorm of work for my social media assistant this week
  • Had a coaching call
  • Meal prepped fried rice which would be my food for 2 days

Thursday

  • Recorded a reel (these can sometimes take an hour to make)
  • Called a friend who really needed me to be there
  • Did laundry
  • Hosted the Mothers’ Workshop I referenced earlier (join my newsletter to be on the lookout for this)
  • Sent out another coaching plan

Friday

  • Did arms day workout at home
  • Ran Ask Me Anything on Save My Cents
  • Sent out replies to 7+ coaching inquiries
  • Answered questions sent to me by clients
  • Had a quick lunch date with hubby
  • Went to BBs school to volunteer for 2 hrs
  • Slept early due to being exposed to the cold at BBs school event

Saturday

  • We went to a Jurassic Trails and Tales adventure put on by the city of Laguna Niguel
  • Had lunch in Dana Point
  • Hubby took photos at the beach while DD and I napped in the car
  • Went to a playground, but I was still overtired
  • Called the in laws for back-up – they brought pizza and watched the kids while I slept the rest of the evening. My body gave out! And it’s good I had the support
